History of Windows Operating System from Version 1.0 to Windows 10

Windows, also known as Microsoft is a family of operating systems developed by Microsoft. The Windows operating system started from MS-DOS, which was an operating system based on text mode and command line. The following is a list of the windows generation.

  • Windows 1.0

The operating system was released on November 10, 1985 and was first inaugurated on November 10, 1983. It was nicknamed Windows Graphic Environment 1.0

  • Windows 2.0

  • Windows 10

This version is the most recent version of all windows software with all the sophistication in it.
